About the guy behind la guy.
This is Ryan. Some may call him la macaron guy of LA, others may call him Ryan. He’s has always been into food, going to culinary school and working in restaurants to boot. These days he works mostly as a food stylist (yeah, making food look pretty for camera) and now he also does this selling macarons thing.
You see, Ryan made a batch of french macaron in 2021 and immediately became obsessed. Over the next few years he made them for every party, get together, gift, and event he attended. He became known for his macaron. Eventually people started to ask him if he sold them. (Rumor has it, they are the best you’ll probably ever have.) So here we are, many years later and thousands of macarons in the books, a full-ass company selling macarons all because of la guy.
