This is Ryan. Some may call him la macaron guy, others may call him Ryan. Currently he’s slanging macs in Atlanta.

The world is your oyster when it comes to flavors! I think of flavor creation and development as my specialty, so if you have a favorite paring or dessert, let me try to make it into a macaron for you! Here are a few custom flavors I’ve done in the past: cannoli, banana, oreo, pecan pie, key lime pie, and mint chocolate to name a few.

Teacher’s gifts, party favors, macaron towers, and more! We can make custom two packs, four packs, six packs, 18-boxes, towers, and everything in between. We can spell out your name in macarons!!! Create your own flavors or ask for the greatest hits - there’s no limit to the fun we can have.

From mini macaron cereal to macarons on cake, there’s a whole world of desserts that I can provide for you. As a trained chef and food stylist by trade, I love a creative challenge. So if you have a fun macaron (or non-macaron) centric idea, let’s make it happen.
